"Ryan the Lion" clinched the deal and got us our dream house. I won't go into specifics, but both the buying and selling realtors had sort of given up and no one was bargaining anymore— Ryan got them both on a conference call, whipped them into shape (they were kind of hostile at first) and within an hour the seller had agreed to the new, more favorable terms for us, and the deal went off without a hitch. Ryan got us the best deal on closing costs of any lender we checked with and was super professional and helpful all the way. He checked in constantly and did whatever legwork he could, going above and beyond what he needed to do. For our situation we had a lot of extra and intricate paperwork to deal with and he helped us through all of that. I was able to get ahold of him pretty much any time I needed. He was more invested in helping us get our house than the realtors were. Suffice it to say, we will gladly use Elevated again for our next home purchase.
